How Successful people think

last week i saw small handbook in public library and the title of book attract me. so i borrow book and reading whole night. i found it very informative and really changing my way of thinking.

“How Successful people think” by JOHN C. MAXWELL

i want to share the crux of the book with you guys. hope it will help you to change your way of thinking.

The right Thought plus the Right People in the Right Environment at the Right Time for the Right Reason = the Right Result.

  1. Everything begins with a thought.

“Life consists of what a man is thinking about all the day” – Ralph Waldo Emerson

  2. What we think determines who we are. who we are determines what we do.

“The actions of men are the best interpreters of their thoughts” – John Locke

  3. Our thoughts determine our destiny. our destiny determines our legacy.

“You are today where your thoughts have brought you. You will be tomorrow where your thoughts take you” – James Allen

  4. People who go to the top think differently than others.

“Nothing limits achievement like small thinking; Nothing expands possibilities like unleashed thinking” – William Arthur Ward

  5. We can change the way we think.

“Whatever things are true.. noble.. just.. pure.. lovely.. are of good report. if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy; think on these things” – Paul The Apostle!

I’ve studied successful people for many years, and though the diversity you find among them is astounding. I’ve found that they are all alike in one way; how they think! That is the one thing that separates successful people from unsuccessful ones. And here’s the good news. How Successful people think can be learned. If you change your thinking, you can change your life!
